Cardiff
family events in cardiff march

Post Tags

There’s so much going on for families in and around Cardiff this month. CBeebies star Justin Fletcher brings Justin’s Party to Wales Millennium Centre; the lambing season and #lambcam starts again at St Fagans National History Museum; and the fifth Cardiff Children’s Literature Festival takes place in venues across Cardiff.

Wales Millennium Centre, Techniquest, National Museum Cardiff, The Cardiff Story and Greenmeadow Farm all continue with their toddler days, with Parc Play joining the gang by bringing back its toddler days in time for spring.

Plus there’s plenty of special events for St David’s Day and Mothering Sunday.

I’ve rounded up everything I can find, but let me know if I’ve missed anything.

As always, all events are subject to change so do check with organisers to avoid disappointment.

Cardiff Children's Literature Festival

This article is supported by Cardiff Children’s Literature Festival. The 5th annual festival takes place between Saturday 25th March and Sunday 2nd April 2017. Cardiff Mummy Says is a blogger ambassador for the event, which sees sessions with authors and illustrators taking place across the city. Tickets cost £4 per session and famous names on the programme include illustrator and author Nick Sharratt, Andy Stanton of Mr Gum fame, Hugless Douglas author David Melling, Welsh children’s poet Anni Llŷn, Lyn Gardner, Guardian journalist and children’s novelist, and TV presenters Lucy and Rhodri Owen with their new picture book Boo-a-Bog in the Park. You can read more about it here.

It helps me massively if you share or like this post, ensuring Cardiff Mummy keeps showing up in people’s timelines. Thank you for your support.
