Wondering what to do with the kids over half term and Halloween? You’ve likely seen the big ticket events on social media but there’s absolutely loads going on, from immersive Halloween experiences to spooky themed crafts and pumpkin picking, to events that have nothing to do with spooky season at all.

We’re currently in History Fortnight and the week of Sunday 26-Friday 32 October will see each of the arcades transformed to reflect a different decade of the city’s history. Wednesday will see the interactive Time Traveller’s Trail, with themed décor, costumed performers, a choir performing, a TARDIS and the chance to explore the moment Cardiff was named a capital.
