5 recipes for super-easy, super-healthy, super-tasty soups

Just about everyone I know seems to be on a healthy January mission at the moment, after the excesses of the festive season. Cardiff Mummy included!
So it’s soup all round in our household in an effort to make up for one too many treats over the festive season.
I thought now would be the perfect time to re-share some of my favourite soup recipes to have appeared on Cardiff Mummy Says.
For me, soup is the perfect food for the winter season – warming, nurturing, packed full of goodness, and great if you are trying to shift a few pounds. All of these recipes are really simple to make, really good for you, but bursting full of flavour too, and perfect to batch cook so that you can save extra portions in the freezer for another day.
I hope you like them.
